Experience

What shaped my thinking:

I am a founder who cares deeply about practical solutions and an author who cares deeply about the theory behind the application. My experience was built by advising Fortune 500 companies, innovative start-ups and non-profit organizations in an environment of social and economic transformation on four continents.

I founded the Feeding Your Kids initiative because I saw an opportunity to provide effective non-clinical pediatric feeding behavior intervention free to users at scale. I contributed to developing innovative technology-based solutions for behavior change. I advanced managing businesses through transformation, whether it was triggered by a merger, disruptive technology, supply chain globalization or switching to a profit making operational model from national planning. I developed an extensive framework for guiding organizational behavior change.

I hold two degrees, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a MA of International Economics with a minor in Social Psychology from the Budapest University of Economics. I attended a summer program at The Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) about the European Common Market.

The common theme that underlies my professional experience is managing during social and economic transformation.
